Participating charitable organizations get to do so free of charge, you will bring your tent and table, plus any other goods that you need to sell.  All proceeds from your sold items either through auction of direct sales goes to your organization. Your organization is required to bring a 10 by 10 tent to cater for space. Your organization will be responsible for the set-up and take down of your tents – tables and chairs and any other belongings is your responsibility. Each organization will have 5 minutes at the podium to speak about their charitable work. Application forms are being received on a first come, first serve basis.
